Our ownership has over 29 years of experience in the mobile DJ arena. Our DJs are professional, energetic, and know how to read the crowd, which keeps you and your guests happy and dancing! We have several types of DJ personalities and skillsets to choose from, so we can try and match you up with your perfect DJ!
DJ Packages
Chi-Town DJs provides two wedding packages to choose from, that provide everything you might need for your wedding day entertainment. Please see our package add-ons to add even more “wow factor” to your event.
EACH PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- A professional MC/DJ, who will keep your event running smoothly, and play the right music that YOU want to hear, according to your “Must Play” & “Do Not Play” lists
- COVID REFUND GUARANTEE – Your deposit will always be refundable if you need to cancel permanently due to Covid.
- Minimum of 5 hours of music time
- Top quality DJ sound system, comprised of dependable, name-brand equipment, including industry leaders like Mackie, EV, JBL, Shure, Numark, Pioneer, Chauvet, & American DJ (ADJ)
- Backup equipment is brought to each event, including extra speakers, laptop, microphones, CD players, and lighting
STANDARD DJ/MC PACKAGE (NO DANCE LIGHTING)
- Enhanced DJ sound system with 2 High-end Speakers, & 1 Wireless Microphone for Speeches
- Professional DJ to play music & perform introductions & make announcements
- Playing crowd of 250 or less (can be upgraded to accommodate more people)
- Free Online Music Planning
- Ceremony music/microphone service can be added for $250**
- Cocktail & Dinner Music Included
- Includes travel up to 20 miles from home base* (farther travel carries a travel charge)
- Add Monogrammed “Name in Lights” Lighting for $299

* This is STANDARD pricing only, and only applies to suburban locations. Downtown Chicago $500 extra. City of Chicago events, or events with outdoor ceremonies during hot summer months (Jun-Aug) carry extra fees. Pricing may also vary for unusual needs or requests, or venues.
** CEREMONY FEE APPLIES IF A SEPARATE MUSIC SYSTEM IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CEREMONY SERVICE AND DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TIME OF THE SERVICE. Applies to a single ceremony service only. Uplighting
Transform your event from ordinary to EXTRAordinary with room uplighting! You’ll have a full color spectrum to choose from with our modern, LED lighting technology. Create an ambiance of soft candlelit romance with amber uplighting, or decorate your space in festive colors matching your bridesmaid’s dresses, floral blooms, or linens. The up-light fixtures are placed strategically throughout the room to create brilliant columns of light that illuminate the walls or architectural fixtures. Up-lights are a dazzling way to tie together your design and décor elements. Add uplights to your DJ package for $50 per light.

Why Hire a Professional DJ?
Why should I pay more when I can just hire a cut-rate “DJ” off Craigslist?
One simple reason – QUALITY. Craigslist is great for saving money on household appliances, or a used car that may or may not work. But you don’t want to risk the biggest, most important day of your life on a DJ who may ruin your entire event by not showing up, or having inferior equipment that doesn’t work properly.
